A Little Background

Who are we?

Latti Construction is local minority owned business operating in the Portland, OR Metro Area. With background and expertise in doing full-home renovations, we have extensive knowledge in the residential remodel world.

Where does the name Latti come from?

The owner of Latti Construction (Ty) has a background of Chamorro descent (Guam). The word Latti comes from a cultural symbol in the Chamorro culture (origins of Guam, a polynesian island). It is derived from the concept of the Latti Stone, a stone used as a foundation block for building homes on top of. The stones’ shape is represented by the image on our logo and is symbolic of strength, resilience and a strong foundation – not only in building homes, but in life itself.

What we stand for

We focus and pride ourselves on providing superior service from start to finish. This includes but is not limited to: pre-construction planning, designing and estimating, building with ethical and quality standards, and providing excellent communication throughout the entire process.

Our focus is to make sure you are happy. End of story. We work with you in the Pre-Construction phase to dot I’s and cross T’s to make sure the entire project goes smoothly and you are left with an amazing finished product.
